Access to Cabrini Patient Portal

The Cabrini Patient Portal is a website that connects you with your upcoming Cabrini admissions. It allows you to complete your admission registration form online and provides you with information about preparing for your admission.

The Cabrini Patient Portal can be accessed from the Cabrini website. A link to the patient portal can be found in the top right corner of the Cabrini website homepage.

If you have received an SMS or email regarding an upcoming admission, a direct link to the Cabrini Patient Portal was included in the message.

You will receive an SMS or email with your UR number and a link to the Cabrini Patient Portal after your booking has been made at Cabrini. Click on the link provided in the SMS or email and follow the directions given to you on the portal to create your account and login to the portal. Cabrini provides the option for patients to complete their admission registration form online or on paper. The paper form is provided in the Cabrini pack given to you by your specialist. The electronic version of the form is accessible using the Cabrini Patient Portal. If you choose to complete the paper form, you can ignore the SMS/email you received to register for the portal. To complete the form online, you will need to register for Cabrini Patient Portal, using the details sent to you in the SMS or email.

Troubleshooting and Technical

If you have forgotten your UR number and cannot access the Cabrini Patient Portal, please contact Cabrini Patient Services on PH: 9508 1606.
You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgotten your password? Click here” link located at the bottom of the login page. Please follow the directions provided in the portal to reset your password.

If you are using an old version of a browser and received a message on your screen to say the Cabrini Patient Portal is not supported by your browser, please update your browser to the latest version.

The Cabrini Patient Portal uses the latest in secure technology to protect your information. No personal data is stored on your browser, phone or tablet.

We provide two factor authentication when logging into your account. This means each time you log into the portal, you will need to enter a unique 6 digit pin which we will send to you when you are logging in.

Your UR and password are unique. To help protect your health information always log out of the portal at the end of your session. The portal will automatically log out if your keyboard or keypad is inactive for 2 hours.
